- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆HORRIBLE!!!! I moved out of state and decided to go thru the legal way of renting out my home instead of doing it the free, easy way that a lot of people do. so i paid the numerous fees for permits, inspections and landlord classes. THEY decided to make an arbitrary appointment for my inspection and snail mailed it but because i live out of town or the mail errors i never got their notice. instead of calling, texting, emailing me they sent a 50$ notice to me. When i called to discuss this matter they said its their prerogative to make appointments and they CAN waive the fee but they are choosing not to because they said i should have called weekly to see when they made my appointment! seriously?? what happened to customer satisfaction? What i love about Kohls and Trader Joes is they dont haggle over every dime and make it a great experience to return or if you have a concern. If i am paying almost 9000$ in property taxes a year,,i think i am a customer!!!! Move somewhere like West Dundee or Sleepy Hollow where they actually care about you as an individual.By Sunday Haas, March 09, 2017
