- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been with this agent for 2 years. I would say 8 times out of 10, anytime I would call I would get a recording saying they are closed. Even though it's during their open hours. Which wasn't a big thing up until I recently since I got married. I have been trying to switch my policy to my husbands agent and it seems I'm being ignored. So I called my husbands agent and put in a request to have my policy switched to him. I would not recommend this agent to anyone.By Jessica Meckel, February 23, 2017
